Tikatuly Grand Mosque (In Bengali: টিকাটুলি জামে মসজিদ) - one of biggest and oldest mosque in this area.
A great Mosque for praying and performing salat. It is a 3 stored building, you have to use stairs to go up on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Perfect management and necessary types of equipment made this more comfortable and enjoying, especially Imam Shaheb is so much knowledge and Adhan of the Muajjin's voice so mellifluous to hear. Local and guest Muslims perform their salat 5 times in a day. A madrasa (Islamic School) also run from here to teach and spread the religious teaching of Islam. This mosque is fully air-conditioned, neat and cleaned washroom and Odhu (ablution) place.
In the day of Jummah (Friday) a lot of peoples gather here to perform their Jummah Salat, sometimes they have to pray salat in the street of the mosque. Love to visit and pray here again.response / report this review -

Jame masjid has enough space for prayer. Also has wash room with toilet facility. Easily accessible to the muslim travelers.

The Adhan of this mosque is one of the best heard Adhan when compared to other mosques in Dhaka and even in Bangladesh.
