Delay for check in, Delay for Food. Flies and insects everywhere in the main hall. Bed has been replaced the hardboard is broken with the material coming off. Customer service is poor the only good thing is the massage place on first floor

The hotel location is very good. Only 2 or 3 minutes distance from sea beach.They can build it as a five star hotel but I don’t know why it’s not a good hotel. They claim it as a three star but it like local hotel. Interior decoration too bad. Staffs were very friendly.

Not so good. Less three star hotel. Rent is high. Food is good. Location is very nice. But without private car you will be in trouble. Hotel management and service is very good. Security is good.

Almost on the beach. Huge property but little mismanaged. Big rooms with very basic amenities. Food is good. Staffs are friendly and cooperative.

Room service, breakfast and receiption service are worst. You can enjoy the sea view from the room as well as from loby. But for their overall service (from reception to room service), behaviour with boarders and room rent my experience of living in this hotel is simply bad, bad and bad......

This is one of closest hotel in this area. Foods are awesome and fresh. You need to order before 20-30 mins. It has a common balcony that make difference because you can not only see but hear the sound of sea. My suggestion, you can try then you decide. Thanks

... dirty bed sheet
... dirty pillow cover
... Breakfast quality very poor (we had to waig for 30 min for parata)

Stayed twice here, rooms are nice, staffs are helpful. But the view from the hotel was way better before. The roads and area surrounding the hotel have become polluted since my last visit, just like the beach itself. The hotel lobby is great but the breakfast menu is not satisfactory.

Overall service was good. But management isn't strong enough n walls were a little damaged. Beach is fairly near . We can see the beach from balcony . Stuff were good . Prize was also reasonable. I suggest you checking this place out.

This hotel has got the most exciting location at cox's Bazar hotel motel zone. But management team is not competent enough. They should focus on service and management. In addition, they also need to build a swimming pool here. Over all its good enough.

Needs strong management team. I visit this hotel every year right from the beginning. But each year I am getting more problems then previous year. This hotel is very near to Sea beach and very beautiful. Needs lots of internal works to attract the tourists. Otherwise people will not come in future.

Location of this hotel is awesome, just near the beach. New hotel with modern facilities but hotel hotel staff are not well trained. You can enjoy the beauty of the sea from its front baranda(balcony).

Nice beach side Hotel. Comfortable and well facilitated . You can see the sea waves at full moon night from the balcony. Can take meal from this hotel but will be costly.
