This is extremely bad when it comes to the attitude and dealing of the sales persons and management.. if you are there to buy readymade clothes avoid it. Their price is very high but that's not the problem. People with genuine desire to buy premium clothes don't mind the price but they can expect to get some minimum cooperation from the sales person. You are going to buy a 5k shirt but they won't allow you to give trial before the purchase. That's rediculous. I guess they are illiterate about the term of customer satisfaction. My opinion you can buy almost similar quality men's formal wear from other outlets in Chittagong at lesser price and with better co operation from the sales team. ( Raymond can be good only for tailoring orders, but I won't recommend the readymade clothes)

My experience of shopping in this Raymond shop is good. The service providers are cordial. If you come here just for stitching, perhaps they will ask 3 weeks to deliver. Sounds funny. But if you purchase the fabric from this shop, may be they will close up the delivery date within a week. Still, I liked the people working there. Mr. Imrul Kais, the man chairs the reception is a grinning man. In defiance of this shop, my experience of shopping in the other shop in Ispahani Circle is reverse. People were not cordial and aware of customer value.
