A food court near Dhanmandi lake. Fewer items, not so good for heavy meal. But if you want to have a quiiet few hours of rest, you may take snacks and enjoy the beauty of nature being oblivious of busy city life. Be aware of your safety for people of all walks of life come here.

Beside Dhanmondi lake this is a nice place for food and hangout. They offer fewer food optionsbut options they have are quite famous among locals.

this is our backyard a place where we go everyday to share our thoughts over cigerette and a hot cup of tea to put an end to a hard day at work. it has been a trusted sanctuary for over 20 years now even before they setup the food court
the service staff are super friendly and adept in what they do. food quality is not going to be "supercool" just so so but, for us its the atmosphere that does the magic and all the known faces.
come visit sometime we may have a chat if you fancy

Nice place by the lake. A wonderful location on a beautiful day or evening to hang out and enjoy sips of tea or coffee. Nice view over the lake. Outdoors, so do not expect air conditioning. Crowd includes people from all walks of life.

But, the menu could do a lot better. Tables on the side of the road have to deal with the noises from the streets. Spots closer to the lake is preferable hence, but service is not available or slower there.
