We've been quite happy with the food and beverage businesses that we have been using. The only thing I'd recommend is to ask plenty of questions with regards to additional features and functionality as we did not and were surprised by a few things. Not Techneo360’s fault at all. We were new to this type of thing when we were shopping and just didn't know what questions to ask.

Overall I think the system is mostly pretty easy to use and flows well for the primary functions that we need it to do, which helps with fast transactions!

The software offers everything I need to run an efficient business. I can monitor sales and change things quickly from anywhere in the world. Techneo360 customer service is outstanding. I have recommended this to many of my colleagues and will continue to recommend it. Very happy:)

Techneo360 has the best customer service - they are super-responsive and dedicated to customer success. The software itself is very deep and maybe a little more complicated than your average POS. They are continually improving and they are highly receptive to new feature requests and feedback. All in all, very happy with Techneo360 Restaurant!

We have been using Techneo360 for the past 2 years. It has been great and I love the customer service/support! Being able to log into the POS remotely helps so much. Our staff adjusted to it well and have found it user-friendly.
