The person (currently) who is in sales don't have enough knowledge about the product that I was willing to purchase. Furthermore,the Take and talk stall in Jammuna future park don't have adequate collections of upper middle class wireless headphones.

The interactions with the sales personnel were quite good and the guys were friendly. They even provided me a discount on the purchase with a smile. I would recommend this place at Jamuna Future Park for any type of mobile phone/ gadget accessories. Btw, I bought a Kapaver branded back cover for my phone. It was original and brand new. GOOD PLACE.

I bought a phone from Bashundhara City via EMI. But they did not activate my EMI. The whole money is coming as bill. I don't recommend this shop for any product.

Purchase an used phone via currier.after receive a broken sim tray found. Complain about this immediately.. I return them personally. And I go there and send them phone.. they try to repair but failed.they claimed..I broke the sim tray and sim base but it was not.. I offer them to take my phone.i don't need any phone.keep my phone.. then they offer me to change the phone.. replaced by another phone by adding some money.(new phone).. they want fool people..Don't purchase any phone from them via Currier service.they will send you unusable phone.. I spent 2000 bdt as a transportation cost. Lost my single day working time.. only you can purchase phone directly from there showroom..
