Suzuki Cafe has customer friendly environment. They also serve delicious food at a reasonable price. Very nice place for relaxing after office or busy business scheduled tasks. I am pleased with their service and hope it will get better day by day.

Good place to have snacks coffee , Expresso, tea, breakfast . Serving is good and the welcome style is Nobel I like it. This is along with the Suzuki bike servicing. If you are here with Suzuki bike servicing they will give you a 50tk discount voucher which you can use here at Cafe.

Very poor service

1. I had issue with my bike ideal speed they literally take 3 services to solved that.

2. My front break didn't work properly. at first they changed the brake shoe but the problem was not solved. At the next service, i complained again and they worked on it and they told me "problem is solved". After one day i found same problem.

3.They refuse to change engine oil because of thats not recommended by Suzuki but they suggest shell engine oil which is not recommended by Suzuki. (Rancon motors import shell engine oil ).

4. Very fer motorcycle service booth.

The staf are very much polite and skilled.

Parts are a bit costly then other vendors but 100 percent genuine for sure. And there is 15% vat. Service starts from 8am till 5pm but their officially closing time is 8pm but normally they don’t take serial after 5. Mechanics are average.
