One of the largest courier service in our country. They have service all over Bangladesh. But there employees are not good at all in behaviour. Very bad and rough behaviour. If you can try to ignore them, that will be best. I am saying this complement from my past experience. Not only mine but also I found many more people are disturbed by their rude characteristics towards customers. There main branch is in South Surma, Sylhet near BRTC Comilla counter. Also they have other collecting spots.

one the biggest vourier service in Bangladesh. there are ywo parts in thar palace. but there stafe behaviour was not good as much.
other part of the customer care they are sooo lagy. not only that they work like a people have sooo much time for them. but the offixe staff behaviour is too good. they work for the people help.

Motijheel Branch of this sundarban courier. Busy and large branch. Staffs are helpful and cooperative. You can send you necessary things to mostly any part of Bangladesh. This branch have to carry most important and emergency documents ans files from motijheel commercial area. Along with this some dwellers around this area also use this service for their personal need.

If you have any urgency then NEVER trust their service. I couriered a percel from dhaka to khulna but they didn't delivered it on time. When I asked them about the whereabouts of the percel they even didn't seems to know it or they didn't care! I'll never use their courier again

Very Good but parcel tracking is not very accurate but its work and very easy to receive parcel not very complicated or poor service like S.A curiyar . Note : i went to sundorban curiyar in motijheel branch and S.A curiyar in Malitola Branch within 2 weeks after another . So thats my true experience . Pro Tip : if you want your parcel be safe and want to track your parcel in real time and you don't have any problem to wait 3 to 5 days than take sundarban curiyar and if you dont care about those things and agree to face poor and unhelpful customer service and want your parcel as fast as possible than go with S.A Curiyar . Thank you For Reading .

One of the worst courier services. Most of the time they don’t receive call . If receive, they will keep you hold for several minutes. Their employees don’t know how to talk with someone. Most worst behaviour i ever had from some callcenter in my entire life. They talk like a f**ker.( sone people will not agree with me, because they got the curier smoothly. If u don’t get your courier,then u will see their real behaviour).
