  Located in the main point of Bornali More. This is the Rajshahi branch of State Bank of India. Generally people come here for processing their VISA. But their service is not satisfied. Also they need to maintain the serial system.

  This is State Bank of India Rajshahi Branch, Rajshahi. They are very helpful for any other guys, but local people always complain about this Bank, but I think they don't know how to handle about this Bank.

  the police at the gate can barely behave themselves. there's no place to leave the customer's bag. the police on duty on Thursday, 13th july 2017 at 2.30-3.30pm named "Kawsar" allegedly accused my ddaughter for having a bad attitude because she requested them to keep her bag in the table after having checked it and seen her canadian IDs. they were adamant on not helping her despite knowing tthe fact that she was new in the town.they are non cooperative and absolutely rude and illiterate. obviously because this is bangladesh no action will be taken. the bank should arrange a counter to look after customer's bags, since the guards and police are pretty jobless. the customer service at the same bank in india is too good to explain in comparison to the horrible service here in Rajshahi.
