Famous Bus Service Provider in from Dhaka to Feni, Chittagong, Khagrachori, Coxsbazar, Sylhet. Service is quite well & providing this route for a long time. Ticket prices are reasonable & buses are comfortable for the passengers. AC & Non-AC service are existing. In a word service is awesome & enjoyable.

I regularly buy tickets from the bus counter and every time I feel very disappointed about their services. I think they don't know the basic standard of quality service. The service they provided to the customer is below average. To my knowledge, I didn't like their services, not for one time. They have many areas to improve. I won't recommend this to others though there is no other option.

You can go to Feni, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar directly from here. They are well known for their transportation services for a long time. In this long journey they are maintaining their quality of services. I've been using their transport for a long time. They are well-known particularly in Feni and it's adjacent area. Fairly good bus, maintain time schedule most of the time. But, the bus counter doesn't have sufficient clean bathroom and waiting facilities.

This place is crowdy and the washroom is not clean. However, if we think of bangladeshi bus counters, then it is OK. There are sufficient space to sit at the counter. Quality of their buses are average.

Star line started a new cheap A/C coach service. Nice, clean & comfortable service.
Only thing is they stops every counter on its way, and if you buy ticket for Chittagong they will drop you at Alongker Mor. So be prepared for this.

Star Line is the most reputed bus service in Dhaka-Feni route. The have adequate no. of bus to provide transport facility to people travels through this route. They strictly maintain departure time. Behavior of the supervisor is not bad either. There is always break for Namaj prayer & a 20 minute break for refreshment.
