I guess its safe to say Bangladesh has only one quality movie theater. And that's Cineplex I watch movie quite often and tried both 3D theaters in BD but quality of Cineplex beats the other. Sound quality is also awesome. Although I didn't like two aspect of them.

1. They don't control the age restriction. For example John Wick 3 should in no ways be shown to kids under 10. But there were plenty kids there.

2. They cut scenes from movies. Yes I get it some violent and nudity must be cut out from movies in such theater where people go watch with families. But it's also important to understand that theater releases are already passed censorship for worldwide release.

I better say very nice and attractive place for watching new movies. They are offering different new movies. Most of young people loves this place. Ice cream and other delicious foods are another attraction for different aged people.

Bangladesh first Multiplex. Currently they another new multiplex . It’s started journey in 2002. They are using Atom sound systems. Sound and screen quality is very good . I am a resident of Bashundhara R/A very nearby of Blockbuster Cineplex, but I choose to watch any movie at Star Cineplex. They also first introduced 3D cinema hall in Bangladesh. All of my family members are like very much this Cineplex.

The best cineplex in Dhaka to watch movie especially 3D movies, But Glass is Not Good😥. There are 6 hall in here. They have great theater with good sound system and comfortable gallery shape sitting arrangement. They have good restroom facilities. You can even get snacks and drinks there. Ticket prices are really affordable. Suitable place to watch movie with family members and kids.

I must say that Star Cineplex is undoubtedly the best cinema complex in town! This cinema complex has multiple movie theaters inside with each theater showing a different movie. The best screen quality, movie environment and the most comfortable seats are in Star Cineplex. Star VIP Hall is the best theater followed by Star Premium Hall. Star Cineplex is the best place to enjoy Bangladeshi, Indian, foreign and Hollywood movies in 2D or 3D with great sound quality. The 3D movies are very popular and the 3D glasses fit perfectly, offering an excellent 3D view. The spacious seating arrangement is perfect.

But they have a number of limitations to give best movie watching experience. There online movie purchase facilities are too much boring. When a huge number of audience hit the website, the website can't work properly. Even the new system that you can buy the ticket from Facebook messenger chatting option. Its response is very slow. The maximum time the website is under construction and not working properly.

Located at Bashundhara City Shopping Complex.Better position among all Cinema Hall in Bangladesh. Sound quality is also good & the environment in cinema hall is quiet.

You can order snacks or any other fast food from the outside of Cinema Hall. You may find the prices are slightly expensive.

It renders maximum updated movies like Hollywood, Bollywood, Tallywood or most popular movies which is most trendy.

The brightness of the Display is bit low.
The brightness can be increased to reach more definition.

Apart from the Bengali movie, famous and blockbuster English movies also shown here. Environment is good. Good place to enjoy movie with family and friends.

You can say it's the best movie theater in Bangladesh. & It's better than block buster. It's a quite nice place, with a very polite surroundings. Food quality is delicious . Food is not too much expensive. the chicken boneless fries in the theater section is so nice.💜 Nice place to visit with family, friends , lover. It's a quite nice safe place for women as well. Movie & sound quality is awesome. I bet you if you can go there & watch movie, you will surely feel betterment. Movie ticket per person costs 200-250 taka. Here releases 3D movies as well. After all it's a nice place.

This is the best Cineplex in Dhaka, very well maintained, as it is the best, getting ticket one need to plan in advance. Friday is the mostly crowdy and other days are not bad as well.

The best place in town for movie. If you really want to enjoy a movie you should watch the movie at Cineplex. I would recommend Hall 5 & 6. Both of the hall arre newly constructed with high quality equipment and seating arrangements.

All latest international Blockbuster movie watching facilities are here. 2D or 3D movie watching facilities are here and sound quality is just mind blowing. One of the two good quality cineplexes in Dhaka. All the Hollywood blockbusters are released here almost same time as in most other countries. I love going there and watch movies. The only thing I don't like about this is the coffee and soda (Pepsi) sold inside which are just awful.

So far this the best movie theater in town. But don't expect it to be anything like abroad theaters if your used to that. The worst part of the theater is they use the 3D glasses over and over again. And sometimes the print isn't very clear. But yet it's better than the other ones.

Yeah I go to Star Cineplex regularly only because I got no other ways to watch latest movies.
* Really bad and dark display. I mean I couldn't possibly imagine this type of bad screen is even possible.
*Bad Schedule management. Changes show times all on a sudden which were announced in website.
*Really bad 3D glasses. 3D doesn't seem 3D.

One of my favorite place to watch a movie. Every time I visit the place to watch a movie with my wife. Their staff behavior and the food are good enough. But the food charges little bit high. I think they can reduce it.

Star Cineplex is the first Bangladeshi multiplex movie theater. For the ticket price the service is really great. Recently they have some premium quality halls but still I did not get it why the hall is asymmetric. It was quite disturbing for me and due to that I feel the sound is not flowing smoothly. As a Bangladeshi movie theater still they are doing a good job.

It's a good place to watch movies. The dolby-digital-surround sound system is awesome. They have newly launched 360 degree sound which I found pretty amazing. Recommended.
