It's the most famous kabab restaurant in Dhaka. We used to take our breakfast & snacks here at Star Bakery while we were doing our B.Sc. in AUST (previous campus). We also studied here (kabab section) for a long while along with a lots of friends. But those stuffs never asked us to leave, hehe. Apart from this, foods are really awesome and within budget.

Star Kabab is one of the renowned and well known kabab restaurants through out Dhaka. It is famous for it's varieties of kabab foods and excellent taste as well within a reasonable price. You can get different items of grill chicken, kabab, Nan , porota etc. for afternoon and dinner time.

Actually, we love this restaurant from our university time as our uni (AUST) was previously just beside this restaurant. All of us came here, took breakfast here (Bakery) and sat with our group (at Kabab section) till our next class. Sometimes we read, sometimes just had a gossiping, sometimes came for no reason! After had our graduation since 9 years ago, we still choose Kawran Bazar Hotel Star as our meeting place!

But, unfortunately, nowadays, their food quality is getting down as well as their services. They just increasing the food price without increasing the quality. Hopefully, they'll focus on this issue to regain their previous quality and fame.

Their food taste is downgraded recently and it's pretty much below average nowadays. And the astonishing part is their price is getting out of hands. People now days visit their place only because of their brand value. But they really should consider their food instead of increasing prices.

Very old and famous store and restaurant, this one. Kebab and ratio test ok. Environment ok, service not very fast just ok. Price ok. Bakery stuff, specially biscuit is good. I do recommend buy salt biscuit from here, price normal.

The kababs are exceptional than the others.
Though the Tastes were before are no more, but still they are good than others both in theirs quality and services. The price is still reasonable comparing their reputation and others. The prices are shown in the picture. I will recommend you if you want to have a taste with kabab then go for it.
