Square High School is an English version school at Salgaria, Pabna, run under “Anita- Samson Foundation” by SQUARE Group, to meet the expectations of the residents of Pabna. This institution started its journey in 2004 as Square Kindergarten. Late Samson H. Chowdhury, founder chairman of SQUARE group, inaugurated this institution on January 26, 2004.

At the first phase, the school started its journey from Nursery group to Standard III with 07 experienced teachers and a 15800 square feet two storied building adjacent to a spacious playground. Consequently, the school was upgraded to Standard V. In 2011, the school being the only English version school in the district, was upgraded to a high school to meet the demands of time. As planned, a 32480 square feet 4 storied building with 27 rooms was built in a space adjacent to the Kindergarten premise. This building is furnished with office rooms, 3 science laboratories, 02 computer lab (one for teachers and one for students), 01 library facility and class rooms for high school curriculum. In 2013, Higher Secondary (Science Group only) curriculum was initiated to facilitate students after S.S.C. Kindergarten and High School, having separate premises, have one Principal as Administrative Head and one Vice Principal each to monitor teaching and learning. There are 352 students in the classes from Nursery to Standard V with 30 teachers. High School and College section has 166 students and 27 teachers. All the teachers are Masters’ Degree with Honours graduates

The total area of the school is 1.5 acre ( approx.).The School is protected with security walls on all sides and 6 security personnel guard the premises day night. The school has a spacious playground with a children’s park equipped with entertaining instruments for the little learners. The school arranges sports, cultural programmes, debates to motivate the learners regularly. Since the beginning the school has been performing its excellence in academic as well as co-curricular arena.
