  সোনালি ব্যাংক লিমিটেড, পাঁচলাইশ শাখায় বেশ কিছু সরকারী সার্ভিস দেয়া হয় সাধারণ ব্যাংকিং এর পাশাপাশি।
  এর মধ্যে রয়েছে- পাসপোর্ট ফি জমা, চালান জমা, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র সংশোধন ফি জমা, পেনশন প্রদান এবং আরো অনেক কিছু।
  এছাড়া বিদেশ থেকে পাঠানো গোপন পিনের মাধ্যমে টাকা ওঠানোর সুবিধা রয়েছে প্রায় সব কোম্পানীর। ওয়েস্টার্ন ইউনিয়ন, ট্রান্সফাস্ট, প্রভু, মানিগ্রাম, ইজি মানি সহ অনেক রেমিট্যান্স পাঠানোর মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে একাউন্ট ছাড়াই টাকা ওঠানো যায়।
  আর ১২১৪ টা শাখা থাকায় বিনা খরচে ১০০০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত আর সর্বোচ্চ ৫৭৫ টাকা খরচে দেশের যেকোন জায়গায় ২৫ লাখ টাকা পর্যন্ত টাকা পাঠানো যায় সহজে। যেখানে বিকাশে টাকা পাঠানোর খরচ এর চেয়ে অনেক অনেক বেশি।
