Bangladesh is a beautiful country with many natural landscapes. The mesmerizing waterfalls are among the main features of the natural beauty of the country
Shitakundo waterfall is a mini waterfall situated at Shitakundo Hill, Chittagong. However, this mini waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Bangladesh.
Sitakundo upozilla is a source of fascinating beauty. Where on one side has the hill with high elevation and on another side has the estuary of the Bay of Bengal. Between them, there has some little space, where people use to live and do their businesses. The lands of these areas are fertile and full of natural resources. It's fountain is really nice. I think if you go there you should go downstairs to see this fountains beauty
The first eco-park in Bangladesh, along with a botanical garden, was established in 2001 on 808 hectares (1,997 acres) of the Chandranath Hills in Sitakunda.
The eco-park was established to facilitate biodiversity conservation, natural regeneration, new plantations and infrastructure development, as well as to promote nature-based tourism to generate income.response / report this review -

Sitakunda Eco Park & Botanical Garden is one of the richest Eco-zone of Bangladesh. This place is rich with various species of trees, Orchids, Falls and Monkey and other animals. This is one of the best places for the students of Botany and Zoology. On the other hand this place is a package for the Backpacker. If anyone visits Sitakunda he can trail some awesome trails, falls, and Beaches. For the pilgrim tourists it's a bonus to visit nature with visiting temples. The Chandranath Temple, which is a high peak of 1200 feet as well, adjacent to Eco-park. There are some watch towers in the area. A tourist can have a look of a birds -eye view of Sitakunda- Bay of Bengal- Mountains at a glance.
A tourist has to pay a little amount of fee to enter the park. The fees vary for individual, group and foreigners. Try to bring water & food from outside eco-park. There are some stalls inside park. But it costs 2-5 taka more from outside. Don't forget to bring the waste with you while exit. Visit Chittagong. Explore Sitakunda. Thanks.response / report this review -
