Probably the best place to stay in Mymensingh. I visited there during March, 2017 and till then construction was due in some sort. However, considering river view from your hotel room balcony, room amenities, overall decoration etc seems pleasant to me. Just know one thing, here in Bangladesh, load shedding will make you suffer a lot. So, before room booking, as for whether they have a 24 hours generator back up or not; and, does lift, ACs, your room refrigerator etc will work on that backup or not.

room is very nice but restaurant staffs very reluctant to serve food! we were hungry but couldn't take lunch here

It's a nice place in Mymensingh. The view is quite good on the Brahmaputra river. Very expensive compared to the services they provide. They have complimentary breakfast, but that's not that good and the quantities served were way too less. It was over before we even got started.

A very nice and posh resort with a Chinese restaurant. Far from the maddening crowd and traffic jam of Mymensingh City here lies the Paradise by the river.. Silver Castle. A nice place to hang out and weekend retreat.
