The bus itself was out of fitness (Cox's-Ctg-Dhk route). If you choose to seat in the last row, your journey will be horrible and tremendously unpleasant. Extremely bumpy ride and rough driving made us have migraine pains. Also, the supervisor of the bus was poorly trained and behaved in an unprofessional way.
Looking forward to see improvement in their service.
