This hospital is specialised hospital for kidney, heart, emergency burn unit. There are, a helipad on the compound, ICU ambulance service, a Mosque, doctors residence, 3 separate entrances.

Shahid sheikh abu naser hospital is good for Kidney, Heart, Nephrological disorder, Neurological disorder Patients, Here is ICU and CCU Unit available, People can receive Consultant service for 10 tk Ticket at 8am- 12:00 pm, but this place have Some limitations:
If you want to admit your patient in this specialized hospital First you need to give serial in room no 171.

As a govt hospital you will face bureacratic difficulties for taking every service. You have to give speed money for getting smooth service. Otherwise you will face difficulties.

It is a very important place but it is not clean at all. It is just beautiful outside but the inside of this hospital is very dirty. All the places are dirty. The canteen isn't clean and hyegenic. They also do not make the food cleanly.There are bad smell in the hospital. Most of the places are dark during the day. The staffs do not even properly treat the patients.

Very very bad service have I ever seen in Bangladesh. There is no physician was not found in ICU and CCU when my father was died in this hospital.
