Most of the sellers try to sell at higher than normal price. The sellers have ethics problem. You can not expect to get good quality items unless you check it by yourself. Good thing is that you can find all the household items, crokeries, foods, fishes, meats, vegetables etc. Cloths are not sold here.
Congested area with many shops in a small area. Crowded location. All type of groceries are available.
Fish high priced. Beef sellers are very much corrupt. Not a good place for vegetable too.

Everyday this bazaar starts at 7:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM. The Dhaka City Corporation has a plan to develop the site with a multistory building.
