    Nice place to visit.
King Shalban was lived here. This establishment is so old. Big place.
You need to buy ticket to enter this place. Ticket price is 20 BDT each. You should carry water and cap or umbrella , because this place is hot because sun shine.

one of the historical places of Bangladesh. visiting cost is only 20tk per person. visiting here at summer time can be the worst idea ever. I've just visisted this place yesterday. and was totally exhausted, tired. it doesn't really worth going there at summer time.

It is a large brick structure, some parts seem original, but much has been restored. The mere size is impressive as well as the symmetry. The plan of individual buildings is simple without any decoration, not more than one metre in height, 115 cells used to surround the main temple.

A place with great historical heritage. A nice place for kids and students to come and learn about the history. The place is clean, but I wish I saw a few more expert guides who would be able to enlighten the visitors about the history associated with the place. The authority needs to take an initiative for that. Caz unless u get to know what this is all about, it'll just be like going for a walk around the park

This place was once a self-contained Buddhist monastery where, monks lived, studied and prayed. It was the royal palace for the early Buddhist students.Students from various places come here for their meditation and religious learning. During their study period the students stay in the dormitory/cells around the temple. It’s such a quite place inside a barren forest and one of the greatest tourist spots in Bangladesh
