It is located in front of khulna city corporation building. It's a great place for various purposes. In the morning peoples go there for jogging, walking & physical exercise. In the afternoon & evening peoples go there for recreational purposes. Different festivals are arranged here on various national occasions.

Very nice park at heart of Khulna city. This park is adorned with lake& beautiful trees. People of Khulna city usually come here for refreshment. This park is named after mr.Hadis a rickshaw puller martyred in 1969.

Its first name was Gandhi park in name Indian father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi. At 1969, it was named Hadis Park, in name if Hadis, a ricksha puller. He was a martyr of 69's great protest against Pakistan govt, former west Pakistan. At present this park is the main gathering place for the city people. Cultural programs and political programs are held in d park. Central 'Shahid Miner' (martyrs' monument), to remember the language movement martyrs, is situated inside the park.

It's a nice refreshable area with a Shahid Minar in the center of the park with a charming artificial lake behind and artificial shower on the left side. This place has open networking wifi facilities along with nice walking track and a little simulated mountain full of beautiful garden. Various culture programs are celebrated here.
