Excellent, A-class service. I ordered cake and bouquet for my wife's birthday. I live abroad and my wife lives just outside of Dhaka city. The delivery person totally took care of everything very well and the cake was delivered in perfect condition. Super professional. Thank you guys.

I used this website to send a few things to my husband, and found them to be professional, honest and pleasant to deal with. When I sent them messages about my purchase, they were quick to respond and told me all I needed to know. During this time when it’s hard to travel and see the people you love, it makes all the difference to know you can still surprise them and make them smile from so far away. I’m so pleased to have found a site that offers this kind of service, as I think it’s rare to find in mainland Bangladesh. As far as I know, the company is based in Dhaka city but I ordered for my items to be sent to a district quite a few hours away and still everything arrived on time and well wrapped, hand delivered by a friendly courier. Thank you so much for your service. It made an otherwise ordinary day, feel very special for someone :)

I have always been very happy with the service of BDGift. They are very professional and always on time for delivery. They always maintain the communication through Viber and WhatsApp with their customers for deliveries. Their service is reliable, easy to place order, gift items are good quality at reasonable prices.

Very bad service! I spent a whole day arranging what I planned for and the result was very very dispointing. Initially they were great with communication via WhatsApp but they are all scam. Compared to what I paid in CAD and what they delivered it's shocking. I ordered 36 red roses with a vase, teady bear and choclates. Firstly the roses were bruised and spoilt and was not arranged well (looked cheap)..the recipient never received the flower vase, choclates or teady bear. Never buying anything from them!!! Warning to all
