This is such a worst hotel including the hotel service. I called them to book my room & they gave me a code and told me to use that code at the reception to get my room when I reach there .And I called them again after 2 days to ensure them tonight I will leave for cox's bazar and I am confirm that I need a room.They replied me,"okay sir,we gave you the code,you just have to tell us the code number when u reach here at reception".Then the next day I reached Cox's Bazar and go to that hotel told them the code number and they were acting like I am the receptionist & they are the customer.When I told them the code they were totally denying that they didn't give me any code over phone and blaming me I never called them to book room�.How unprofessional was this!
