  Shankarpasha Mosque Habiganj Sadar upazila is located at Shankarpa, a one-square mosque. The length of the wall of the Sultanate's square is 21.5 The 5th wide verandah in front of the mosque. During the reign of Sultan Alauddin Hussein Shah, probably the mosque was built sometime between 1494 and 1499 AD.It is an oldest mosque in Habiganj district
  
  There are four octagonal adjacent towers in the four corners of the mosque. Apart from this, a similar adjacent tower is located on the north and south walls. Later, as a part of the renovation and reconstruction of the mosque, the ceiling railing parallel to the Rooftop Rooftops transforms the adjacent towers of the four corners above the roof-panels. Colosseum motifs are added to the top of the tower. Once the original dome of the mosque collapses, new dome is formed on the flat vault roof, on the black gram-bark.
  There are three gateways decorated with grooves and arches in the eastern side of the mosque. The middle entrance is wide and elevated from the other two entrances. There is an entrance on the north and the south side of the mosque along with a similar groove-arch. On the outer side of the eastern facade, the two panels on the two sides of the wall have been inserted continuously and on the surface of the entrance, two panels inserted in parallel to the panel. In the middle of the three entrances, there are two dimensional panel surfaces on each side of a panel with a larger panoramic panel. Chalk and hour motif were highlighted by hanging plaque designs from the recumbent twisted branches. The curved tree motif appears in the tricolor area of ​​the arch, with a circle designated at the top of the branch.
  
  The mihrab inside the mosque is a beautiful and beautiful design. In the rectangular frame of the mihrab side, four or eight petal-shaped floral designs depicting the interior of the small rectangle drawn in a curved line. The cottage arched cottage bricks are located in the top of the pillars. These pillars are decorated with a well-arranged alignment design. This design has gradually inserted into the rose rosette and framed four-petered blossom design.
  
  Shankarpasha Mosque is an excellent example of the original artwork and taste of local designers and their originality and innovative power in the outdoors and mihrab arrangements and decorations of the building. The architectural style of this mosque is different from the contemporary Gaudiya architectural style, on the one hand, and a prominent exception to the rhetoric of Hussain Shahi era.
