They charged some additional fee on parchasing any spare parts of any items like washing machine, AC, Television ect. in the name of so called " Service Charged". This is totally unacceptable and unfair. As for example if you purchased only AC remote control from them then you have to paid tk. 1600 (tk.600 for remote control cost & rest 1000 for service charge). Is it a fair businesses policy? No its cheating.

Service was Good & Fast.
I got my A70 Screen fixed within 2 days even though I was consented to get delivery within 10-14 days.
If you have hardware issues with your Samsung device, don't visit anywhere else but Samsung Service Center.

Authorized Customer Care. Service is not bad but they have to deliver services in better way than they are following now.
The price for accessories needed for the Phones is charged highly and they also more time to supply accessories as well as deliver services.

Don't know if they have authorization or not but they receive my handset galaxy s8 and opened it.after that called me and informed me they can't service faulty motherboard and battery because it's from abroad.i was agreed to repair by them.they denied and told me they have no authorization to repair any handset which was bought from outside bangladesh. Suggested me to send it from where it was bought. Kind of joke!!!!!

Good service , good staff they try their best. But they should send technical person more quickly. At present they are not providing service on Friday and Saturday where customers want to get that on these days as they are staying in their houses on Friday.

hi অামার স্যামসাং J2(16) মোবাইল। এখানে স্যামসাং একাউন্টে অামার একটা একাউন্ট খোলা অাছে এবং gmail id দেওয়া অাছে। এখন সমস্যা হচ্ছে আমি ফোন Restart দিতে গিয়ে দেখি Restart নিচ্ছে না password চাচ্ছে।আমি password দিচ্ছি কিন্তু ভুল বলছে। এক্ষেত্রে আমি gmail password change করি ঐখানে password দিচ্ছি তবুও ভুল বলছে। এখন কি করা যায়। help me
