Horrible customer service. If you lucky enough, you might get them on the phone after 100+ try and still provide you with wrong info. If you dont know, its ok to say "I dont have the information now" just don't provide people with wrong info. Bunch of baboon working up their.

You'd think an organization handling such operations could afford a better interior, apparently not. Also didn't like the fact that my envelope was opened before I even got there. I'd understand if they opened it in front of me to verify, but opening it in my absence was definitely an invasion of privacy. Nevertheless, they got their job done, so I guess I can't really complain.
