Sura has been a great experience for me every time I visited the restaurant.
Be it official dinner, party with close friends or dinner out with the wife Sura never fails to delight.
Point to be noted they are expensive and they serve authentic Korean So not the place for people expecting "Dhaka" version of the cuisine.
I have been eating there for many years (infrequently of course - $$$$ ) and even if they changed the location - the food and service remains.response / report this review -

Very good authentic Korean restaurant in Gulshan area Dhaka. Very nice ambience. Foods are fresh. The chef is a Bangladeshi but well trained. Big parking lot. Have few individual rooms good for 10-15 people's gathering. Very popular among expat Koreans and Chinese. Prices are in higher side. Very gentle and trained staffs. The owner, a Korean lady looks after everything. Highly recommended.

We had a terrible experience in Sura. I booked ahead but when we reached, nothing was organized, we helped them to organize tables for 8 people, and to kill thousands of mosquitos with electric bat. They were very sloppy in taking orders and serving food. The lady in the reception later said they were not prepared for heavy rush of guests. However, taste of food was not too bad. But not worthy for a price of over 2000 taka per person :(

Food quality little too much. I recommend ask the waiter for ratio amount. Price is kinda high . Atmosphere is welly kept. Good for meetings.

Kimchi pajeon, average. Stew I had with little beef. Pricier compared to the other Korean restaurants in town and menu is slightly limited.

My first ever experience about Korean food and it turned out to be excellent. Indeed a good restaurant with great ambiance. Location is also good with a spacious parking space. Food quality is great, albeit a little overpriced.
