  It's a warehouse for xpats or foreign passport holder to buy booze. In the open counter selection of any kind of drink is very much limited. They always sells the cheap brands 1st then goes for the better brands. Price compare to the intl market is super high as it's a diplomatic warehouse. Anyways still recommend due to the unavailability of the booze or very limited options!

  If you're an expat living in Dhaka, STL is a good place to buy things such as confectionery, liquor etc. Don't forget to take your travel documents and cash.

  Great place to buy alcohol if you have foreign passport. Huge verity available here. Bad things is, they allow diplomat only when stock go down/low.

  Very disappointed, they do have stock but refuse to sell to the foreign passport holders. Says only diplomats can buy.
