There's a bearded individual in the servicing section who shouldn't be there. Many of their employees don't know how to handle a customer. They are not friendly at all. Ryans computers should take care of these things.

I got the worst experience from here. I was expecting that they would cooperate. As Friday is day off for almost every shop in Rajshahi and I just reached rajshahi at 7:09 pm as Banolota was late on 3rd October 2019, I reached the shop at about 7:45. I needed an ac20 router badly. They refused to sell anything at that point of time as they told me that they had closed their cash account. I just became astonished, they are supposed to sell till 8 or around 8:00pm. I didn't expect this sort of unprofessional behavior from an organization like Ryan's. I bought many things from IDB ryans even in 7:55 pm. I am so unhappy to think if ryans behave like this what about the others in Rajshahi!! :(

Very well decorated and spacious shop. The staffs are much helpful in the purchase process. But they don't have all the products mentioned at their monthly product book, which was a bit troubling.
