High-tech products and accessories seller in Dhaka. They have big outlet in IDB Bhaban with a service centre. There offered price is reasonable comparing with other same level supplier. But they charge more from the local seller. The main package they offered is their post sale service. Customer will enjoy lifetime free service if anyone purchase a computer or laptop from them. To claim warranty services, they are beyond comparison. They respond very quickly in post-sale service. They have huge capacity in this regard, but you have to allow more time to receive this service. Employee behaviour is praiseworthy.
If I say about their payment, customer can get various mode of payment. They receive both cash and card. They also offer equal monthly instalment (EMI) facilities. You can buy a product with 3 to 12 months instalment. This service is free for selected brand or bank card. But you also can avail this opportunities with minimum interest charge.

They run short of stock not sure why.. But they're easy to talk with than most other IT stores.. Has a huge collection no matter where their branch is.. You can always claim your warranty if things go wrong.. They're commercial yet friendly. Liked their hospitality and service. And the best part, all the products are real.

I have been their loyal client for over a decade now. Always bought computers, laptops and related gadgets from them. I brought laptops and computers for both personal and workplace from them. Compared to the surrounding markets they are a bit pricey but they ensure quality and service. Their service center is really good. They should work on things like internal management and client communication as well as promotional offers.

They have large collection of pretty much every computer parts and accessories. Also huge laptop collection. Price is competitive too. Though they have a large service center I believe their the skills of their hardware technicians can be improved. Also their warranty policy has room for improvement.
Overall in my honest opinion this is pretty much the best u can get in Dhaka.

I am a old customer of Ryans Computers, IDB Bhaban branch. Firstly I was bought a laptop from here in 2012. Till now I am a regular customer of Ryans Computers. I also bought many things from their other branches. They have branches in Dhaka Banani, Dhaka Uttara, Dhaka Multiplan Centre, Dhaka Eastern Plus, Chittagong, Bogra, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Barisal Rajshahi and Khulna.

Top in IDB as multiple floor shop in there but customer support in average, if they can avoide their negetive portion that will create very good impact on there sales.
Also as I konw they are not the importer, but they already reached that level to import by their won.
When someone ask me for better shop I suggest them RYANS. So I expect good service from them.

Very bad in service. I have send my laptop to them that was not functioning properly. They received my laptop and told me that they will call me within 1 day. but I have got no response.10 days passed . When I called them. they informed me they have not yet checked my laptop.

RYANS Computers is one of the largest computer shops in IDB Bhaban and even in Dhaka City. Desktop, Laptop and all kinds of accessories are available in this shop. Their behaviors are too elegant. Good and trusted place for buying electronic products. And I can tell that they are the supreme authority in IDB Branch. And most importantly they value their customers.

I'll relate one incidents with RYANS as I've told you earlier.

#Number1: Once I've gone IDB for buying a laptop. Firstly I gone RYANS Computers. Then I checked every single renowned shop for checking laptop price range. The miracle thing was most of the renowned computer shops are using RYANS Product book and then they were telling me the prices. Even "Computer Source Ltd.", "Dolphin Computers Ltd", "United Computers" were using the product book of RYANS.
