it's one of the best place for getting new gadgets specially desktop, laptop etc. they provides good devices but kind of rude in behaviour.

Sales Executive behavior and moreover Manager behavior is very rude. I went there to buy a UPS 650VA. I talked with Manager over the phone, he quote price Tk.2700. I went physically and talked with Mr. Hasan Ud Dollah, he quote price Tk.2900. I told him abt the Manager price. As soon as the Sales Executive Mr. Hasan became rude in the end of call that he made to Manager to confirm the price. Telling me that he would not sale the product to me, he mentioned that dialogue in such a rude way. I went out and gave complain to Manager and seems that Manager also take part of him. Moreover Manager sold the product to me. And it's more embrassing that within a week the ups became faulty by burning smell and they told that burning smell is out of warranty!!! So please don't buy any product from them. There manner and after sales service is very poor.

excellent place to buy new hardware for desktop and laptop computers. their price is reasonable and you can be assured that you're not getting a fake.
for claiming warranty even if you lose your invoice, they will help you if the sale is registered on their system.

Couldn't agree more that they are one of the largest brand of computer accessories providers in bd.
But in chittagongthe after sales service seems not that much effective. Have to wait a long time for warranty purpose as they have to send warranty attained products to get repaired to DHAKA which ultimately becomes so time consuming.
