The bus service is good and right on time but the bus counter is the worst. Especially the toilet is very small and if you are cluster phobic I recommend you not to go in there. And if you want to but the tickets they will say they don’t have change. But what can you do. We are bound to travel with them :(

Nice, spacious bus counter.. regular air conditioned waiting area.

Toilets are not that clean, but cleaner than most of the other typical toilets ..

Staffs are nice and well behaved.

Royal Coach, a very good AC bus service for Dhaka to Cumilla.

The counter is well decorated and good waiting space. Have toilet facilities for passengers.

Staff behave : Good, also there a chance to improve to more customer friendly and increase the service excellence by showing 'How may we help you?' to the customer.

Bus quality : Good

Major problem : seat A1, first seat after the platinum line is the most uncomfortable seat which make disturb for platinum seats and other passengers. Owner need to resolve the issue to increase the passenger satisfaction. It's making bad impact regularly.

AC quality of Bus: Good, also there some scope to make it better by cleaning AC filter regularly

Price : reasonable
Booking : over the phone
Payment : Cash only,

Suggestions : need to add mobile money and Bank cards. Also making online reservation and tickting system. Request to collect passenger feedback and open a call center.

Bus service is good but all the buses don't have executive seats which is a demerit. Bus counter need to upgrade. Actually when the company get popularity then they start to overlook the customer service issue.

An Ac bus service counter. The counter is well decorated and comfortable to stay. There are snack shops beside this if you need. Overall it’s a good waiting place if you have to wait.

Very good service. Once it was the only AC service to Dhaka from Cumilla. But they were the pioneer to bring AC bus service in Comilla to Dhaka route. And with time they are improving there service quality and still running on the top service level.

I know royal coach counter. it's a comfortable waiting room for passengers and the waiting rood decorated by AC and furniture .it's one of the best service in comilla.they have washroom, waiting room and guestroom. You can find here chips,tea,coffee, cigarette, mineral water near by royal coach counter. i love the service.

Air conditioned counter. Cozy. The washroom is really nice and clean. Security is good. They will take your luggage by their staff from counter to bus. The behaviour of staff of counter is good. Buses leaves for dhaka in every 20-25 minutes. You can reach dhaka in a couple hour's from this counter.

Service is good. And the bus quality is not bad. But there staff behaviour is not ok.😡😡😡 This service is available in Dhaka, Comilla, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar. For advance ticket, if you want to cancel this ticket you have to inform before 6 hour from journey time. This is located at Jhangalia Bisso Road.

The quality of the services of Royal Coach Transportation is very good. Buses are fully air-conditioned. If you do not have any problems in the right time, you can leave the car at noon and if you do not have any problems then it can be found at certain times. People who travel in buses are fair and educated. Transport of Royal Coach is one step ahead of Dhaka-Cumilla-Dhaka transport.
