Robi has it's own customer care center here in feni town. Its very helpful for Robi subscriber to get quality service. Recently I replace my 3G sim with 4G one. After 4G launching I went to get support from Robi guys. They are helpful & cooperative. But waiting time was a bit high. Got the Token after few minutes. Don't know why?
