A very good club for relaxation for armed forces officers. The restaurant is accessible for all. But access to the beverage room is restricted and rightly so.

Big and nicely decorated convention centre. Its a high end choice for parties, marriages, corporate and other gatherings. Only issue is (opinion may differ) the entrance and parking - they don't l9ok much and does not do justice to the main hall. This building also (upper floors) houses some renowned corporate houses and NGO.

We'll located at Mahakhali, Dhaka Cantonment and well designed convention centre. There are entrances for physically challenged people. The convention centre has four lifts.

Each room has a capacity of 200 people to be treated in one batch. If your guests are more than two batches it is advisable to book two rooms on the same floor.

Catering done by a single company. Food according to menu you set. Although the catering service is good, it is advisable to have somebody in your own group check and taste the food while being prepared. Too salty, too hot etc can become an embarrassment later.

The convention centre is in high demand. Thus it's advisable to make a booking well in advance. Prices are on the high end, but due to competition from other convention centres, quality is competitive.

Each convention room has well prepared sound system and multi media. The building has good fire exits and fire precaution. And of course it's smoking free.

Spacious car parking. Caterer will cater chauffeurs at their own management on request.

The only pitfall: there are too many convention rooms in the building. Thus if your programme is on a weekend, which is Fri and Sat in Bangladesh, you may find the place very crowdy.

Overall a very good place to treat your guests.

If you want to arrange any kind of social get to gather, RAOWA club is one of the good place for this kind of event. Lot of time various fair and exhibition was occured over there. The building is also very lucrative place. It is just in the beside of Mohakhali rail gate. Anyone can easily take entry over there.

The decorations are very elegent(personal preference). The staffs are also very helpful, efficient and professional.The food is good but not great. Has got very large space so easily can hold 800 to 1000 people. Usually the two floors are used for two different weedings. The washrooms are also neat and clean.

Good convention hall, well decorated well designed. But you will be robbed by their food and decoration charges. Its way too much. They have a contract with Iqbal Catering and you are allowed to hire another caterar or decorator. Iqbal takes this chance and charge 200k for a 60k stage. Not recommended. Before booking the hall discuss all food and decoration charges.

This is very good convention hall ideal for arranging cultural, wedding programs, and large seminars. This is maintained and supported by Bangladesh Army.
