There aren't any words describe the horrendous 'service' (if you can call what they do to us service) that the students have to suffer at the hands of the incumbents. A document that should take 2 minutes at most to process, take eternity. They're the ones who'll make mistakes, misspell or commit fallacies and you're the one who has to suffer the bloody consequences. Sometimes you'll be in a limbo for years (no kidding, literal years- multiple) to solve the issues, if they ever felt like solving it.

This is a huge building with so many rooms and so many people. But the actual work to extremely slow due it's old paper based system. Even record keeping room doesn't have a computer and nothing is on the computer everything manual. Those who works here doesn't want to be digitalized. Super inefficient service. Don't worth the money.

On the first day of July 1921 the University of Dhaka opened its doors to students with Sir P.J. Hartog as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University. The University was set up in a picturesque part of the city known as Ramna on 600 acres of land.
Register Building is the main administrative building of this University.. Office of the Vice Chancellor is also located here.
