I went there to renew my passport. I filled my form online, paid my fees and took appointment beforehand. From fingerprint to police clearance to delivery, everything went smoothly and got my passport even before the delivery date.

I liked the service. Didn't like the location. E-passports are distributed in three places in Dhaka city. This is one of them. But to get here you have to come in a separate autorickshaw or car. It is not located next to any bus stop or crowded place. It is located next to Dia Bari in Uttara. Their service is satisfying and they will provide your passport in very short time. You will get free wifi advantage (no need any password). You will get sitting chair and use wifi by sitting there and that's why you do not feel lonely or boring time.

Looking good. But, need to be more professional. During this lockdown situation, they may send a massage that the service is closed. People travels to the office based on the appointment date. But, people are being disappointed, when they are reaching there and knowing that the office is closed.

It is the regional passport office of Dhaka North. Plot-5 Road-3B Block-H Sector-12 located in Uttara Their inner environment and all the systems are very tidy and one useful work is done on each floor! The area is very beautiful and it is easy to come from any place.

This place is a freaking circus. They don’t follow online appointments I don’t understand why would they even have such options and no one bothers to maintain serial.

I got my passport delivered in 2 months.Dont know what took so much time. Police complaint that they sent paper to police after a brief period.
They r well behaved at least was with me. Clean building but not enough space.
One of their stuff asked for my NID though I had my birth certificate. Anyway work was done. But they wanted to reject my application first.
The office located in a corner area of uttara. Sector 14, road isn't perfect. It will take 20 minutes by rickshaw from housebuilding to reach the office and the rickshaw fare will be 50 taka.
Must take ur NID with you. They don't want to accept birth certificate. Also bring ur printed Application form, Bank receipt, house electric bill copy, work ID.

I applied for MRP at 14.01.2019 on emergency basis (Express Service) but at 28.01.2019 still they didn't deliver. When I questioned them they told police verification wasn't done at schedule time, so made some delay. But when I checked online there shows ready for dispatch from 25.01.2019 and that's make me angry. I looking for respective person giving a complaint but there was no counter for such record.

Passport renewal is very easy process from RPO Uttara! You have to fillup the DIP form 2 & make payment 3450 tk only for Normal (within 21 days)as well as 6900 tk only for Urgent (within 7 days) from Sonali bank, One Bank, Bank Asia. You can also change your Present address, NID number, Picture & signature without hassel. No middle man seen here. Enjoy!

This passport office provide a great service. No middle man or bribing needed. If you want to issue new passport fill up your form on their webpage , and pay necessary fees in sonali bank, bank asia, dhaka bank, one bank, trust bank or premiere bank before you come here. I applied for the passport for regular time of one month and I have got my passport within 19days along with my wife and younger brother's passport. There are some "Document Processing Dalal" outside the Uttara passport office who shares for 1500/- for each passport. But if one prepares documents properly then without any hassle he/she can get the passport done without Dalal. By the way overall service quality of Uttara Passport Office is much better than any other Bangladeshi Government Office.

Service is very good. I am 100% satisfied. I got my passport without any hassle. The only problem I faced is there is no bank around to submit passport fees.
They are very cooperative. You don't need any broker or middle man if you know/follow the required instructions.

Ok. This is a new office with insufficient manpower. Still this is a good office. You need to be patient in serial. Sometimes there is long serial to reach counter.
Senior citizens can take facilities at ground floor. Breastfeeding room 203. Prayer place is available there. Security check at the entry. All forms are delivered free of cost.

Now passport office service is very good. All information available through notice and posters. No hassle by broker or middle man. Sufficient space available for waiting both male and female.
