This is the worst place i have ever visited in my life, and basically behaviour really rude they think people who come to the office are rural people, they are low class worker..and basically without a broker help your passport office experience will be the most worst experience..

This is the worst place I've ever visited in my life. They don't even know what is service. After visiting this office I am in serious doubt whether they have ever heard the word 'Covid-19' or 'Corona Virus'. I wish I don't visit this office anymore in my life.

The service and attitude of the employees of this office is fantastic. All credit goes to Mr. Shameem Ahmed, Assistant Director and Head of this office. This type of officer is really rare in government offices.

Brokers, Tout and Agent Provocateurs are destroying the quality of this office. People are not getting facilities and services easily. They are making people confused to send them to Agent Provocateur or Brokers. And the employees are ridiculous, horrible. Lack of good manners in them. Govt should take action asap!
