  It was a very terrible experience of my life. Can
  you imagine I stood there for almost 12 hours then they send us back to coming back another day. It was my second moment. During 2016 it lived excellent in service, that was my last visit. But right now people have to suffer a lot. They
  furthermore stay in the open sky and most of
  them sweated, exhausted. Why do we need more institutions until we don't get sincere services from the government.

  Worst Experience of my Life
  Was in Line For 10 Hours
  But The Government employees Tried to Do their Best
  I've seen only one government office Who serve long after the Office time.
  but because of the Huge pressure They were unable to do so.

  A significant Govt office that's located a bit away from city's traffic jam.
  
  It provides following services :
  1)General/Emergency passport delivery .
  2)Passport Renewal
  3)Passport Correction.
  4)Visa service.
  
  In term of the service, some department need to improve it's efficiency as well as accountability.More specifically, pre-enrollment,application,and delivery section need to be more responsible in providing service with a good behaviour.
  
  A little segmentation in service for elderly people and children can be more beneficial for both service provider and receiver.Beside this, It has wheelchair accessible entrance and separate restroom.
  
  Except some lackings it's doing great.
