Disastrous experience. We have to wait for the food in the dinning hall for almost about 1 hr after placing the order. AC in the room is not working properly. Overall disappointing experience.

The rooms are clean. The staffs are helpful. Swimming pool is clean. Jacuzzi works very well. Food quality is good but the prices are high. Visiting roopkotha is free. The resort is very beautiful. Keep up the good work.

Stayed there for a night. The resort has decent space and they are under construction to expand even more. Their swimming pool was a good attraction. The jacuzzi was cold. They have billiard board. The food was overpriced and quantity was small. Taste was decent. They charge 10% service charge and 15% tax on all food orders. Which to me is too much specially considering the price. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Being an indian and bangali for a conference call it was amazing hospitality to arrange a concert for us there last night (24.01.18).but bangladeshi industrialist's sponsored dinner meal was not sufficient in shortage and servicing was not good at all. Waiters are not well behaved. overall nice for the scenerio. Eye soothing and well furnished . checking is like 5star hotels.front of gate,the shop is pity expensive.

A very fancy place to stay in. The management is very helpful and friendly. The food is also really good. The only drawback is that it's a bit on the expensive side. All in all it is a good option.

Everything is so perfect. Amazing American breakfast! Loved every breakfast actually. Only the lunch & dinner cooking needs some improvement. It should taste better.
