A very nice place to walk about. It is not far away from Dinajpur Sadar. There are basically three important spots for the tourists here- a) Kantajir Mandir b) Zamindar Bari c) Ram Sagar. I went to these places in 1999.

Super big pond-- the largest pond in the country and the nearest river: Purlnarvoba and Dhepa are literally smaller and contains less amount of water than this pond.
A nice place to spend 4-5 hours very easily.

Proper nice and beatiful picnic spot. Learn the history of Ramsagar from locals, even if you know one version, they cant be beaten at the story telling. A little zoo is on showcase though. You'll find deer and a different type of genus is available.
