Nobody knows when it'll be built.
It was supposed to be the first tallest building of Rajshahi. But Alas! Already people are dwelling in the another tallest building of Rajshahi.

When the construction will finish & it will be largest Shopping mall in Rajshahi city.But we don't know when it will finish. Even the Conductor don't know about the Construction. Construction was started from 2009-2010(not sure). And this is not complete yet.
