Rajarbagh Police Lines is the only central police barrack of Dhaka metropolitan police among all barracks. And also in Dhaka city areas, it is the main leading control office of law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh. There are two entrance of this secured areas, one from besides shaheedbagh, north Shahjahanpur side and another one from Shantinagar.

Rajarbag police line🇧🇩

A place of honor and memory is the Rajarbag Police Line. In the dark of March 25, 1971, the occupation force slaughtered thousands of innocent Bangalees, prompting the nation to create resistance against them. On this fateful night, the Pakistani military rulers launched the "Operation Search Light" which first hit Rajarbagh police lines where police personnel were in the forefront with their service arms.The invading force had evidently understood that police would be the main obstacle while conducting. so, they attacked the police lines first.

Rajarbagh Police Lines is central police line situated in Rajarbagh area, Dhaka. It's a very respectable place for us. Many police died 1971 when Pakistani army start their killing suddenly at 25th March. On the mean time the happiest thing is our police protest Pakistani army at this place.

Police line of Dhaka city. Its the Central police line of Bangladesh Police. Its a historical place because in Liberation War of 1971 the first fight with the Pakistan Army was happened here and Hundreds of Brave member of Bangladesh police was died here. So the begining of Liberation made this place Historical. There is saveral Training field, Officrs quarters, Horse training field, Telecom building, Vehicle garage, Reserve office, Ration office, canteen, Mosques and police company buildings are here. The natural view of this police line is mind blowing.Police Lines School and College is also here.

The first protest against the brutal genocide of Pakistani Forces in the midnight (most commonly known as the Black Night) of 25th March 1971 was begun from here by the brave warriors of Bangladesh Police. So the place carries the eternal history of Bangladesh. And we are very proud of Bangladesh Police.
