Its situated in Dhaka city. Nice and cozy place for hangout on weekends and also a nice place for cultural gatherings. Lots of cultural programs are arranged here in festive seasons. The place is usually crowded with all sorts of people. it is the most crowded in the evening when teenage kids to people in their fifties come to sit and gossip with their friends or associates.

It's a beautiful place in Dhanmondi. Most of the common events will happen here. It's a open air place with lake side view. People from young age to old age they use to visit this place to have fun with friends and family.. I you need peace of mind and some relaxation then this is the Right place for you. If you have time please visited this place with your family.

A lively place to spend time by the lakeside.

The place is usually crowded with all sorts of people. it is the most crowded in the evening when teenage kids to people in their fifties come to sit and gossip with their friends or associates. some people play guitar, some sing, some play cricket and some just sit there and enjoy themselves. there is a tea shop there and their tea is a must have. there is also a kebab shop and it's good too. there food is quite spicy so avoid it if you're not too comfortable with spicy food. concert and plays are a common sight and they are mostly free and thus becomes very very crowded. if you attend one be careful for pickpockets..

It is a place of peace to you if you are getting bored in your daily busy life. The bridge and the open stage will jollied your mind. If you are food lover then it satisfy you as well. Varieties of food are available here as well as beverage. And importantly if you are milk-tea lover you pleased to know that you find quality tea here. If you want to celebrate your birthday outdoor,but not in a restaurant then it may be the first choice. Usually teenagers sing here and spend quality time. But, there are too much street boys and dust here.

Nice place. Can be visited with family. Only problem is the transgender women. They would create problems to any couple there and demand money. Security should be better. The lake should be more clean. Otherwise, to spend time, it's a great place.

Good place to have tea/ snacks. You can find chap, kebabs as well. Not all the items are available all the time. Service is not upto the mark. Bit it is a nice place to walk or hangout. Sometimes some programs are happening there as well. Not very safe if the time it gets late at night around 10.00pm. Overall a nice place for walk and having snacks before nightfall.

Good place to go for a walk and have a cup of tea. Don't visit here on any special occasion. I may not get enough breathing space there. Otherwise on holidays, its a good place to go with your special ones.

This place used to be my favorite spot to take a break and enjoy a good cup of tea but nowadays it's getting too crowded with students and locals. The place ended up being trashed by midday. It's a nice place for friends to hangout if you are on a very low budget. They also have food stalls, which are reasonably priced.

Every now and then I visit this nice and always festive place. Like numerous, I love the Tea and Shingara Samucha of the food court. It is like an addiction drop the kid at the school, have the tea, go back home. Sometimes :) take the walk along the lakeside track.

If you have a big group & wanna hang over for in Dhaka, no doubt, this is the best place. The open stage area is always crowdy but still not too much noisy. If you want calm place then you can try the other places around the lake. The pathway is really nice. Oh, and don't forget to have 'Chicken Chap' & 'Luchi' at the restaurants around & drink a cup of tea.
