The best of the best! In last 4 months I stayed there more than 6 times. I have good living facility near Rangpur but I am in love with RDRS Guest House and thats why I usually like to stay there.

One of the best places that I have come acrossgreenery around feels like we are more into the arms of nature. Decent food that has taste of homemade food..lovely place. My permanent stay option in Rangpur always..

The RDRS office compound consists of there office and rest house facilities. The rest house can accommodate more than 200 (approx) person at a time with food, accommodation and training/seminars facilities. Many corporates, national and international organisations avail the RDRS rest House facilities for their seminars/training and conference. The peace and green environment of RDRS will be surely remarkable for the visitors.

I enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness and the lovely staff. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the near future. Parking was close and very easy to come and go. Room was very well appointed. I like their service very much.

It is a very old building but still beautiful and elegant from outside but room interior is not very satisfactory as per the price. Of course there complimentary breakfast was awesome. Note: they don't allow smoking inside the hotel boundary and also don't allow to go out of the hotel after 11 pm.

The place is elegant. There are few red-hbrick buildings that provide a cozy and comfortable feeling; very quiet and silent atmosphere. The rooms are well decorated, equipped and well furnished. However, the size seemed inadequate and smelled stuffy. The cost is okay but you can't say good. The restaurant is wonderful. You'll find a reading corner furnished with a good collection of books. Food tastes so good like homemade; a little pricey but still okay. There is a souvenir corner outside but adjacent to the guest house. You'll find good collection of rugs and handmade cotton clothing.

I didn't pay a visit into RDRS though. I spent some time in the gate, I saw the outer beauty. It was nice and beautiful to look. A greenery look on the buildings. Grass and other plants covered the outer sides of the buildings. Heard the food is awesome too.

RDRS guest house is perhaps the best accommodation place in Rangpur. It's not a fully commercial operation as the guest house is part of the larger development activities that RDRS has been engaged in the northern Bangladesh for decades. It's a very comfortable place to stay and visitors will automatically feel a love and warmth in the behavior of the staff there. They have made all possible efforts to make your stay pleasant. The best part of the guest house is FOOD - whether it's breakfast or lunch or dinner. You don't need to choose your food from a list of hundreds of items and 2/3 of those always 'not available today.' They serve dishes made out of fresh vegetables, meat, fish, legumes and always prefer to serve seasonable vegetables. So the restaurant is too special. I would love to go back to the place again for the environment.

Wifi should be better. The rooms are old-fashioned. No remote for AC in the room. But the place is quiet and the behavior of staff is commendable.
