This is a very important office for uttara dwellers but the office is not citizen friendly. Everyday thousands of people visit this office but there is no waiting room or seating arrangement for them. Authority may look into this matter for further improvement.

Rajuk (Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripokhko), Uttara Zonal Office. Situated in Uttara Sector No 6 at 2nd & 3rd Floor of the RAJUK Maeket Building. This is a Government Organization Office having autonomous body.

Land, Plot and Flat related issues like Building Plan, Transfer, sell or buying of Plot/ Flat within RAJUK area of this Zone.

Government staff's typical attitude, poor service quality. Need to improve in every aspect.

RAJUK has taken initiative to make it livable through solving housing, transportation problems and creation of large scale water based public space/open space like Hatirjheel integrated project.
