Awful food quality, AC water falling down here & there, customer service not good at all. Worst to have food here. Also they are not paying VAT to the government. Even though they are charging VAT.

Today we order Hyderabadi Birayni for 2 person rate was 440.after serve food it's looks like a tehari and test was just horrible and portion of mutton is very small.we stop for having meal and they said our main cook not attend today. that's way the problem.

Purnima restaurant is located in gulshan 1 circle. I feel sorry to say that their food quality is very bad. Their service is also very bad. It was my worst experience with this restaurant. I never go there in future. The staff of this restaurant are not so cooperative. It was just waste of time and obviously waste of money. They charge a huge amount of VAT also.

Environment is good but washroom not fully separated for ladies and gents that is not comfortable at all. Food quality is not highly satisfactory as they served me quite burned food ( Kacchi Biriany )that is unexpected :(

Food quality and varieties are good, internal environment is well decorated and maintained clean and hygiene, very much welcoming environment, good for family visits, lunch during office hours, office parties and other programs. Food taste here is awsome. Some traditional deshi food items such as korolla vaji is really really awsome here,

not mainting the standard that is expected in a commercial area.

Today I found a portion of a cigarette inside vegetabe ordered for breakfast. As a result I had to throw it out. This is really frustrating as far quality maintaining is corcerned. Big question now how much cleanliness and hygienic environment they maintain while processing or preparing their foods!!!

Earlier it was good for breakfast and lunch. But their customer service seems to me dropped down and not caring to customer. And it is a big concern. Just on last April, we 3 went there for lunch and found two fried cockroach in our plate. After that avoiding to go there.
