Public library at a very prime place of the town. it is located in "Nirala More" beside the Shaheed Minar. Public library is in the 2nd floor of the building. The news paper section is open till 2200 hour. the novel and documentation section remain open till 2000 hour.

This is a public library that is situated not far away from Tangail bus stand. Anyone can go here for reading different types of books. This library helps a lot of people to gather knowledge on different topics. This is so useful for all kinds of people like students, teachers,employees, job-seekers etc.
