Very experienced physicians are available Well decorated area for visitors seating. You can book appointment via web page or phone call. After confirmation they give sms which details doctor name, visit time and serial number.
They also has a diagnostics center for x-ray, MRI ,CT scan , ultrasound etc

I have called 2 different times (35 minutes apart, from 11am to 11:35 am on 16.10.2022) to get information regarding MRI at your "esteemed" diagnostic center (Dhanmondi Branch), surprisingly no one at the MRI counter answered the call after transferring through operator. Both times the operator tried at least 3-4 times to connect but no one attended the phone. The service of your "esteemed" organization is truly pathetic and will definitely drive customers out as it did me.

PS: The link at your website to submit complaints, the submit button does not work. I think you do not want to hear about the complaints that a recipient face.

The environment is good, there is good seating arrangement. There is a medicine shop next to it, so patients don't have to go outside for emergency medicine, the washrooms are quite inside, so you have to cross a lot of places, the washrooms are fairly clean. The test report here is very good. Work is done here with great discipline. All in all good.

An oldest and organized diagnostic centre of dhaka city. Though previously people had a bad experience but now management of this place deliberately changed a lot. They have open token system on every floor.

A little bit of a busy & crowded place. All the renowned doctors are having their patients. Most of the doctors are well behaved.

I found this place more clean than before.

Huge cost is the major problem & difficult for poor and middle class people to bear this expense. The behavior of the staff is very bad, Always rough to patients.

I just want to know how the process of covid-19 test.

service is good but they cost is higher, and after you admit for physiotherapy they will not give you all the necessary exercises at the first time, after 12/15 days later they give the necessary exercises, and these 15 days they just gave regular exercise. i don't know why. They should give all the necessary exercises from the beginning when course start.

Quality is same as Ibn Sina but price is too much higher than Ibn Sina, So far I know Popular Diagnostics are doing business with commission based, they give commission on test to their refer consultants which is illegal business.

Very bad experience I got from popular hospital specially in ultrasonography by Dr. Farzana Alam, you have to wait atleat 5-6 hours with bullsheet behavior and f***ing faces.

It is the biggest diagnostic chain lab in Bangladesh. Provide lab tests and imaging service including ct scan, mri, ulrasound and x-ray. Lab test quality is medium but no accreditation. Patient facilities are good. Require appointment for doctor consultation most of the case but some doctor available without appointment.
