I stood almost 4 minutes at the counter to deposit money but none respond even I tried to talk the who was at the counter but he didn't respond.

Good. The doctors are qualified and good, but the lift is too small, and patients and others have to wait in a queue for a long time. Several doctor's chambers are on the 4th, 5th & 6th floors. It is tough to go either by the narrow staircase or the tiny lift.

Doctors are so good. They listen to you as long as u tell ur problems. But the diagnostics, oh my god! i had a report on a night. i went the next day to get my report but it was not still prepared even when i went there by delaying! still i had to sit & wait 5 hours to get my report because my home was far away from this place.

Diagnostic services are alright. There's usually long queue for availing x-rays. For MRI, it's rather faster, charges 6000 tk with discount of 1000 tk from the doctor. Report delivery process needs to be faster.
