The most important educational institution for higher education at Patharghata. Even a very few years ago, this was the only academy in Patharghata to receive any post secondary degree. Although recently another two more such institutions have been added, in the question of quality education it's still the only one. This historical college has recently been earned another milestone by starting Honors Courses in some important subjects. Once the time will come when a lot of Educational Institutes will be established here and there, but the historical background with glory of this college will remain forever.
